This aircraft was built for the Navy in Pensacola, Florida. It served the Navy as a recruiting element and then later as a Navy flying club training aircraft. It last flew in 1986 when two pilots fought over the controls on takeoff. The aircraft was acquired in 1996 and has been in storage until now.

This pristine 1967 Beech V35 has been extensively renovated both inside and out.
We started by removing the entire old instrument panel and fabricating a new metal panel (see Installation page). Then we installed the following equipment into the custom panel: The Garmin package consisting of the GMA340, GNS530W, GNS430W and a GTX330. An Aspen PRO EFD 1000 and the AuRACLE Engine Monitoring System from Xerion Avionix.
The renovation included replacing the small baggage door with the large version, installing long range tip tanks, replacing the original engine with an IO-550R as part of the Atlantic Aero Kit which included carbon fiber nose bowl, cowl doors and a new 3 bladed prop. We also installed Precise Flight speed brakes in the wings and a new 1/2" thick windshield, as well as a new cabin door window with the small storm window installed, along with many other improvements.

In addition, the entire interior was custom designed and fabricated in matching leather. This includes a new dual yoke and new control wheels, all interior plastic renewed, complete soundproofing of the entire airplane. The interior was a complete job from headliner to floor carpeting...absolutely nothing was spared in this renovation of a classic.
As a final touch, the airplane was ferried to Sunshine Aviation in Russellville Kentucky, and received a brand new exterior paint job. The design is a custom contemporary one created especially for this airplane by Sunshine. This airplane will stop people on any ramp in any country.
